WHO WE ARE IN A NUTSHELL
We have been providing Customer Services since 1994 and our experience goes beyond contact centre services to an approach customised to reach the full potential of each of our clients’ campaigns and projects.
Our Records & Data management has been active since 2014. We are securely managing and storing data and records in our specialised premises, for our clients all around Cyprus while we are ensuring to keep our highest security standards. We also own equity shares in PROSHRED LTD which is specialised in the secure document destruction sector. FRDM is currently providing services to more than 20 customers all over Cyprus.
We have our dedicated department for handling Loan Restructuring & Debt Collection since 2015 and among our demanding clients have been Altamira, Alpha Bank and the Municipality of Larnaka.
