English Speaking Telephone Agents (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

We are looking to hire enthusiastic staff to join our expanding team, in our Larnaca Contact Centre.

What you will be doing in the Customer Service Department:

  • Answer calls from existing customers, helping with any issues/queries they may have
  • Will need to speak and write English perfectly
  • Use only basic computer skills

What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • No previous experience necessary, excellent ongoing training program
  • An individual who shows patience and understanding
