We are looking to hire enthusiastic staff to join our expanding team, in our Larnaca Contact Centre.
What you will be doing in the Customer Service Department:
- Answer calls from existing customers, helping with any issues/queries they may have
- Will need to speak and write English perfectly
- Use only basic computer skills
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Basic computer and typing skills
- No previous experience necessary, excellent ongoing training program
- An individual who shows patience and understanding
