English Speaking Telephone Agents (OUTBOUND CUSTOMER CONTACT)

We are looking to hire enthusiastic sales staff to join our expanding team, in our Larnaca Contact Centre.

What you will be doing in the Outbound Customer Contact Department:

  • Call existing customers, for feedback and offer additional products & services
  • Will need to speak and write English perfectly
  • Use only basic computer skills

What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Experience not essential, but good communication skills required
  • A great personality and the willingness to make good conversation
  • A positive, with a never give up attitude individual
